The Preparation
Call us on 01392 826145 or 07905 663152 to arrange an appointment to meet with Ralph Winter or Sally Laing either at our showroom in Marsh Barton, Exeter, or if you prefer, in your home or on site. At our initial meeting we will be able to discuss your requirements and ideas for your new kitchen. We understand that buying a new kitchen is an exciting moment and we want to make this experience an enjoyable one. We believe in passing our savings on to our customers, that’s why in our new kitchen showroom you won’t find hundreds of kitchens displayed for you, but what you will find is an example of a high quality kitchen with accessories that you can build on and individualise to your taste. With our incredible wide range of choices for your doors, worktops, appliances and flooring. Let’s face it, even the greatest recipe in the world needs that added ingredient specifically to match your cooking style and taste.
Following our meeting we will design and draw your kitchen for you using the most up to date software available providing you with an opportunity to visually see your new kitchen. We also provide a full project management service at no extra cost to yourself, so if you’re planning a huge refurbishment project to coincide with your new kitchen we can provide you with quotes for plastering, building, electrical and plumbing works. You can imagine how tricky it can be to coordinate all these different trades to work together and fall into each other’s schedules. By using Ralph Winter Kitchens we take that hassle away for you by managing the whole project for you.
The Cooking
We will provide you with a no obligation quote for the kitchen of your choice. All our quotes are clear and itemised stating exactly what is included in the cost. If you are having extra work carried out by us, for example electrical, plumbing, plastering and building works then these will be clearly explained on your quotation.
The Eating
Well they say the proof is in the pudding!
Our expert kitchen installers will be there when they say they will be. Before we start installing your kitchen you will be advised at how long the works will take, this is normally about a week, although if extra works are needed this can take longer. All my staff work on the same ethics, we take extra pride in your home when installing your new kitchen by looking after your home as they do their own. We do this by removing shoes within the house, using dust sheets, respecting your neighbourhood, radios etc. are kept to a minimum. There is also a strict no swearing policy we adhere to. We also appreciate what an inconvenience having a new kitchen installed can be which is why we treat all our customers to one free meal at a local restaurant during the installation work.
